Stuffed tomatoes with mashed turnips

There’s been so much great food in this house lately that I’ve been getting a bit behind. Last night, we had an wonderful impromptu dinner using all kinds of amazing produce from the garden. At the center of the meal were stuffed tomatoes, filled with goat cheese, carrots, caulifower, sage, and some cayenne and black pepper, then baked for about 18 minutes at 350ºF. We also had some delicious turnips, boiled until soft, then mashed with a little brown sugar and cinnamon. Mmm!
